Hi. Not sure quite how to word this question. I have a weather skin set to read the weather site at 10 minute intervals. Is there a way, each time the site is read, to detect whether or not the contents have changed from the last read?
My idea is this: given that the contents update infrequently, but that they always (normally) update each hour, and given that that hourly update (usually) occurs just shortly past the hour, but occasionally it could be even 15 minutes past the hour, I would like to have the skin read the site at one minute past the hour, detect whether it has changed, and continue to read the site each minute (don't want to be too frequent) until the change occurs, after which it goes back to reading every ten minutes until the next hour.
Is reading the site every minute during that period after the hour, too frequent? If not, would it be too frequent to just read the site every minute continually?
