There are external plugins like HotKey that need to have a considerable amount of measures to configure a full set of functions.
On my recent tests to enable\disable them on demand there's the need to write a considerable amount of !CommandMeasure bangs that well, the lines can get somewhat long.
I think a [!CommandMeasureGroup "HotKey" "Stop"] and [!CommandMeasureGroup "HotKey" "Start"] would be good to have for these kind of situations.
Note: I implemented a workaround for this, so, no alternate solutions requested here, just wanted to make the formal request since there doesn't seem to be any thread about this.
